Give your books a second life (or a third one)

Your book collection has outgrown your shelves, and is slowly but
surely taking over your entire house. Stacks of books are piled on the
floor in every room, creating a complicated maze which seems
impassable. Some rooms are impossible to get into, because of the
books blocking the door. You have even had to make chairs out of books
and throw out your old ones to make more space for books, and the
books just keep coming...

If this situation seems at all familiar to you, there is an ingenious
solution which does not involve throwing your books away, or attacking
them with a flame-thrower: You can give them away to homes where they
will be cherished using a new website called bookmooch . All you have to do is list the books
you want to give away, and send them to people who request them. In
return, you receive points which you can use to request books yourself
(more books!), or give away to charities such as children's hospitals
or literacy programs, which can then provide books for those who need
them.

So what are you waiting for? Create an account and start mooching!
